Sanibel & Captiva Islands Association of Realtors INSTALLS OFFICERS, AWARDS WINNERS
The Sanibel & Captiva Islands Association of Realtors (SCIAR) held its 40th Annual Installation of Officers & Directors on Jan. 15 at its office, at 2353 Periwinkle Way, Suite 201, Sanibel.
The 2025 officers are: Becky Mulka, president; Tina DiCharia, president-elect; Kelly Huguenin, treasurer; Bob Berning, secretary; and Brendan Albright, past president. The directors are Bryan Hall, Melanie Holaway, George Kohlbrenner and Janka Varmuza.
In addition, the 2024 award winners were announced, and the Realtor and Affiliate Honor Society members and new SCIS graduates were recognized.
The 2024 award winners are: Albright, Realtor of the Year; Marvell Bradley and Holaway, Newcomer of the Year; Amanda Curran, Affiliate of the Year; Kohlbrenner, President’s Award; Cecilia Liichow, Administrative Assistant of the Year; and Eric Pfeifer, Community Service Award.
The 2024 SCIS graduates are Bradley, Traci Daley, Christine Dickey, Susan Ives, Corine McNeill and Joan Stokes.
